- We are located in the state of Missouri, just west of the city of St. Louis. Our location in the central US enables us to ship to all continental US destinations within 3-4 business days via FedEx Ground Service.
- All in-stock orders placed before 1:00pm CST will be shipped the same day. All in-stock orders placed after 1:00pm will ship on the following business day.
- Shipping charges will be added to every order at check out. Orders are generally shipped via FedEx Ground. Delivery days are based on number of business days; not including Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Ask your customer service representative for other delivery options.
- If merchandise is not received within 15 days from the date you receive your tracking number, contact Customer Service by email at CustomerService@ProgressiveBalloons.com or by phone at 1-800-843-0517 Ext. 1, to request a shipment trace. Shipment traces must be performed by the shipper company's delivery driver and can only be done within 15 days from the date the order ships. This does not apply to orders shipping to P.R., AK and HI.
- We do not recommend express shipping on any pre-inflated balloons, including gift items with pre-inflated balloons. They are affected by pressure changes during flight.
- We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
- At this time, Progressive Balloons and Gifts does not accept orders from outside the United States.
- Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require additional shipping charges. Please contact customer service at 1-800-843-0517 to obtain exact shipping rates and delivery time. Air-filled stick balloon orders for P.R., AK and HI will ship through the US. Postal Service only. Additional delivery time is required.
