Free standard shipping on orders of $250+ after discounts and before taxes. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Free shipping exclusions may apply to oversized, heavy, international, or special-order items.
Our office and warehouse are centrally located in Missouri, in the heart of the St. Louis metropolitan area. This central U.S. location allows us to ship to destinations throughout the continental United States within 3–4 business days using UPS Ground service.
Orders are generally shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery days are based on number of business days; not including Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Ask your customer service representative for other delivery options.
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, due to factors outside our control—including carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volumes, or supply chain disruptions—shipping times may occasionally be longer than estimated. We appreciate your patience and understanding if delays do occur.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If you have any questions about your order delivery date, please contact our customer support team to assist you.
Due to extreme temperatures, air-filled balloon orders may experience shipping delays to help ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Orders may be held temporarily until weather conditions are more suitable for safe transit. You will be notified if we have to hold an order.
If merchandise is not received within 15 days from the date you receive your tracking number, contact Customer Service by email at CustomerService@ProgressiveBalloons.com or by phone at 1-800-843-0517 Ext. 1, to request a shipment trace. Shipment traces must be performed by the shipper company's delivery driver and can only be done within 15 days from the date the order ships. This does not apply to orders shipping to P.R., AK and HI.
Please review the following shipping restrictions and limitations before placing your order:
We do not recommend express shipping on any pre-inflated balloons, including gift items with pre-inflated balloons. They are affected by pressure changes during flight.
Please provide us with a street address for shipping. We cannot deliver orders to a P.O. Box.
We currently do not offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses.
At this time, Progressive Balloons and Gifts does not accept orders from outside the United States.
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require additional shipping charges. Please contact customer service at 1-800-843-0517 to obtain exact shipping rates and delivery time. Air-filled stick balloon orders for P.R., AK and HI will ship through the US. Postal Service only. Additional delivery time is required.
