Gellibean Non-Foil Balloons are an exciting alternative to traditional foil balloons. They are made from non-metalized nylon with a 2-sided, full color print. Non-Foil Gellibean balloons are waterproof and do not conduct electricity. Fun and eye catching; non-foil balloons add an extra special touch to any gift, balloon bouquet, or party decor! Non-foil balloons are self-sealing for easy inflation. We urge all customers to attach a properly sized balloon weight and ribbon to each helium balloon purchased.
