Balloon banner kits are simple to assemble and inflate with air, no helium needed. Each foil balloon letter inflates easily with the included straws. Use the included ribbon to create a festive banner that reads, “YAY” when fully assembled. Banner kits can hang from the ceiling or wall and makes a fun backdrop for your party or photos.

Each kit includes 3 self-sealing holographic letter balloons, 8 ft. of ribbon, and 1 inflation straw. Kits are packaged and peggable.

Do not use with helium, balloons will not float.
