Plastic Ribbon Weight is ideal for your 18 inch helium balloons. Simply peel off the adhesive cover on the tab and stick it onto the balloon tail, then detach the tab from the disk. You can then adjust the ribbon height by unwinding as much of the 5 feet of ribbon as needed.
